A short montage of some of my best recent editing, animation, and motion graphics work.
“She’s like this beautiful, little, crazy accordion player….or something.” There’s something very unique about Ginny, and it happens in a special way when you’re in a room with her–she’s electrifying.
Troll draws pictures on his friends. They’re beautiful pictures. If you’re thinking about having someone draw on you, you might want it to be Troll. If you’re thinking of having someone draw on your face, talk to Troll, he’ll tell you it’s a really dumb idea. After meeting Troll, we’re all thinking of getting matching FWF tattoos. On our butts.
If you’re going to make a guitar and name it “Diablo”, it had better be frickin’ awesome. If you’re Joe Driskill, it is. Joe found his life purpose when he started building guitars, and the waiting list to get one isn’t getting any shorter. Joe’s just a dude in a little shop in Fort Worth building some of the world’s most amazing guitars. It’s about more than just the music. It’s about the beauty of the wood and the way they rest on your lap, the perfect curve of the face and a bridge that needs to be just right, so Joe makes them himself. Driskill guitars are masterpieces, and we think Joe will be contentedly crafting them one at a time for many, many years.
Magical might be the best word to describe an evening at the Hip Pocket Theatre. You’ll go from slightly bewildered to completely in love with a rustic little stage out under the stars. Johnny and Diane Simons have been doing something beautiful with creative people for 38 years at the Hip Pocket. Spend an evening with them.
